Rules & Regulations

Parents are requested to cooperate with the school. Please see & observe that their child follows the school's rules of conduct and discipline.

  1. The name, class, section and registration no. must be clearly mentioned on all the belongings of the student.
  2. All students should bring the school diary to school daily. If the school diary is lost a new diary should be bought.
  3. The parents should consult the School Diary every day for effective communication with the class teacher & to know other instructions which may change from time to time.
  4. Student should not bring valuables to the school.
  5. Student will not be allowed to use slangs language in the school premises or school transport.
  6. Visiting the class rooms or meeting the child during the School hours is strictly prohibited.
  7. Deposit the School Fee before the due dates as stipulated in the School diary to avoid late fee fine.
  8. Mid – day leave will not be allowed at any cost except for special reasons as designated in the School diary.
  9. Students should be neatly dressed up in appropriate uniform as directed in School diary.
  10. Any member of the management, Principal or Staff will not be responsible for any loss of valuables, property damages/charges on account of injuries, fatal or otherwise, which may be sustained by a student due to any reason whatsoever, it may be anytime during his/her stay in the school, while playing, in the School bus, taking part in sports, co-curricular activities or in any form of activities within or outside the School.
  11.  Any complaints may be reported to the class – teacher and brought to the notice of the Principal.
  12.  Sick Students should not be sent to the School but proper application of his/her not being well should be sent to the class –teacher. A child suffering from infectious disease may not be allowed to sit in the class.
  13. Mobile phones should not be carried by a student, doing so may result in immediate suspension from school. The mobile phone would be confiscated and not returned.
  14. Expensive articles like mobiles, calculators etc. should not be brought to school.
  15.  Student will not be allowed to bring magazines, periodicals, story books, newspaper, playing cards or comics to the School. Students are strictly forbidden to bring or introduce objectionable literature into the school.
  16. It is compulsory for all students to attend the general assembly in the morning. Students should, therefore, be in the school at least five minutes before the first bell rings.
  17. Parents are advised to attend P.T. Meeting regularly to ensure better performance of their ward.
  18.  The Principal reserves the right to bar any student for appearing in any examination, if the dues of the students are not cleared in the time or if the student failed to attend minimum percentage of lectures.
  19.  The School Doctor’s Certificate is required to be submitted by the parents if the student is not fit to take part in sports or co – curricular activities of the School.
  20.  A pupil will not be allowed to make any collection for any purpose whatsoever may be, without the written permission of the School authorities.
  21.  Girls should not apply nail polish or mehandi when the school is in session.
  22. A student who is absent without permission or reasonable reason from an examination shall be considered as having failed.
  23. Students moving along the corridors or changing classes must walk quietly.
  24. No student shall remain in the class-rooms during the morning break, P.T. period, art class or music period without the written permission of the class teacher.
  25. The Student who uses unfair means during tests, examinations etc. will be given a zero in the subject. Repetition of the same offence will result in dismissal.
  26.  Cycles must be kept locked and in proper order in the place provided. 
  27.  A student found or noticed scratching or carving names or damaging School furniture, charts, walls or any Property in any manner will have to be made good by the parents of that student. Damage done, even by accident, should be reported at once to the school authorities.
  28.  No student is allowed to drive a motorized vehicle during, before or after school hours. Non-observance of this rule may be punished with expulsion.
  29.  Promotion to the next class will be based on :- minimum 75% of attendance and securing minimum assigned pass marks or regular assessment.
  30. The Principal reserve the right to refuse admission to any student if he/she fails twice in three years.
